- Hours need to be turned in monthly by the 15th of the following month.
- All summer hours must be submitted by September 15th
- September hours must be submitted by October 15th
- October hours must be submitted by November 15th etc.
- June hours must be submitted by the last day of school (June 19th, 2018)
- Hours after the last day of school will be credited to the next school year
- All summer hours must be cleared through Mrs Lutz
- All volunteers must sign into the office before reporting to the classroom
- All volunteers must wear a badge or nametag when on school grounds/chaperoning
- All volunteers must fill out and pass a district background check
- All hours performed by a parent or family member will be credited only to their student
- Volunteers with no students attending ERMA may designate a family of their choice to receive the volunteer's hours.
- Employees who work at Eagle Rock will have reduced hours
